Why attend our classes?

Here are some comments from students attending our classes:

"I go to classes because I really enjoy them. They really help me relax and when I’m doing the class, I’m the only person that matters to me. My instructor helps me to feel this way and helps me relax more than I ever have before. Thank you so much. "

"After the classes, I have a feeling of calm and peace. Also, it is of benefit for my physical well-being."

"I attend classes because I get a great sense of well-being from doing them. It helps me with my chest problems because of the gentle rhythmical breathing patterns. (I have asthma)."

"I have been attending T’ai Chi class for 5 months. I had no idea what the class would offer, but it has opened many doors for me. I find stress levels are much lower – my balance much improved and my self awareness remarkable. Most of all, I look forwards to working with my instructor who soon develops a caring rapport with her students."

"I come to class for the rare opportunity to relax totally, be myself and enjoy subtle movement."

"I go to class because it is so very relaxing. When you’re in the hall performing movements like Heavenly Cloud Hands and Swei Shu, you forget about the problems in life. When they’re done, there are always words of encouragement. It makes you feel good."

"I attend class so I can relax, leave my “baggage” behind and feel totally at ease with myself."
