About these Terms of Use

Access to and use of 'harmonytaichi.co.uk' both within the UK and internationally is provided by Harmony Tai Chi Qigong on the following terms:

  1. By using harmonytaichi.co.uk you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of harmonytaichi.co.uk. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access, use and/or contribute to harmonytaichi.co.uk.
  2. Harmony Tai Chi Qigong may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of harmonytaichi.co.uk will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using this website.

Use of Harmony Tai Chi Qigong website

  1. You agree to use harmonytaichi.co.uk only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of harmonytaichi.co.uk. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within harmonytaichi.co.uk.

Any links to other websites provided by this website have been included for convenience only and Harmony Tai Chi Qigong accepts no responsibility or liability for the contents of any linked website. The inclusion of any information relating to an organisation, including such links, does not imply endorsement by Harmony Tai Chi Qigong of that organisation or the linked website, even if that organisation is a Coracle Society member.

The design (which includes the layout, colour scheme, navigation, structural contributing elements and other items, including stylesheets, that assist in overall design) of the website, the names, images and logos identifying Euan Raffel and/or euan raffel | freelance website designer (collectively “designer’s property”) are subject, and remain, the property and copyright of Euan Raffel. The designer’s property must not be copied, reproduced, republished, disassembled, decompiled, reverse engineered, downloaded, posted, broadcasted, transmitted, or make available to the public. There are no exceptions to this. By using the website, you are given permission to temporarily use the designer’s property.

Contributions to Harmony Tai Chi Qigong

  1. By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with Harmony Tai Chi Qigong you agree to grant to Harmony Tai Chi Qigong, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) on Harmony Tai Chi Qigong website, and any publications it makes available.
  2. Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it.
  3. In order that Harmony Tai Chi Qigong can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give Harmony Tai Chi Qigong permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.
  4. We normally show your name with your contribution, unless you request otherwise, but for operational reasons this is not always possible. Harmony Tai Chi Qigong may need to contact you for administrative or verification purposes in relation to your contribution, or in relation to particular projects.
  5. Please do not endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or break any laws when creating content you may share with Harmony Tai Chi Qigong.
  6. If you do not want to grant Harmony Tai Chi Qigong the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit or share your contribution to or with harmonytaichi.co.uk.
